Spectators: 7505 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Wilson Guedes took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 played minutes SOL got a freekick which was hit by Jarbas Fonseca. Toon Van Hoeyvelt scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abel Novaes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Renaut Van Gele scored 0-2 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abel Novaes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thobias Maerschalk charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thobias Maerschalk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thobias Maerschalk kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. When Wilson Guedes fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SOL's protests and gave Wilson Guedes a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of All Stars Gent booed when SOL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilson Guedes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jorn Degraef made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilson Guedes in the 18th minute of play. Jorn Degraef made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilson Guedes in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Toon Van Hoeyvelt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abel Novaes. SOL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Toon Van Hoeyvelt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Abel Novaes came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by All Stars Gent's Renaut Van Gele. But to his dismay, Renaut Van Gele quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 30 minutes into the match, SOL's goal looked a bit too open when Reemy Schipmans came free, but Abel Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reemy Schipmans hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute Renaut Van Gele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toon Van Hoeyvelt in the 39th minute of play forced SOL's goalkeeper Abel Novaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, SOL's goal looked a bit too open when Renaut Van Gele came free, but Abel Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half All Stars Gent were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Toon Van Hoeyvelt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Toon Van Hoeyvelt kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd match minute, All Stars Gent was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yanniek Van Eycke to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute, Mário de Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute Toon Van Hoeyvelt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Erwin-Alexander Peters hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronaldo Couto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toon Van Hoeyvelt in the 64th minute of play forced SOL's goalkeeper Abel Novaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute of the match All Stars Gent got a corner. SOL's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erwin-Alexander Peters ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Erwin-Alexander Peters got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Abel Novaes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Yanniek Van Eycke got his second yellow card in the match during the 70th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 71st minute, Yanniek Van Eycke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute, Benjamin Lucas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mário de Azevedo hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. All Stars Gent's Erwin-Alexander Peters shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 88th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Abel Novaes but with some difficulty. Abel Novaes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toon Van Hoeyvelt, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute, Benjamin Lucas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The SOL fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. All Stars Gent were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
