Abelardo Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Urtun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rene Goren was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Ernani Saldanha capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ernani Saldanha really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Prudencio Vedillo kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Oiteiras's Lucas Barreto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rene Goren. That made the score 2-0 after 21 minutes of play. With his leg Rene Goren managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Oiteiras's Lucas Barreto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rene Goren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernani Saldanha's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. In the 33rd match minute, chacarita juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Urtun to maneuver through the defense.
