The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alvaro Cannavacciuolo was the one to do the kick off. Emiliano Cara tried in the 56th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Frank Galfrè a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-1. In the 63rd minute, Dino Saurø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Valdieri getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Emanuele Ranieri hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cosme Petrigai during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Frank Galfrè came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Alvarado de Mar del Plata's Cosme Petrigai. But to his dismay, Cosme Petrigai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Alvarado de Mar del Plata's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
