Seating: 1752, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Olav Nydal started the match with the kick off. When Suleskard's Tor-Henrik Rosenlund, in the 5th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Suleskard. Jarl Tveite kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Suleskard's Christian Skadberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kai-Arne Ulset narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sverre Opstad hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute, Tor-Henrik Rosenlund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kai-Arne Ulset was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Kai-Arne Ulset showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Skadberg in the 24th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gjøran Nome got free with Christoffer Smestad in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tor-Henrik Rosenlund took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kai-Arne Ulset. Kai-Arne Ulset dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 33 minutes into the match, Peter Mogen notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Suleskard's Christoffer Smestad. Christoffer Smestad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tor-Henrik Rosenlund in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kai-Arne Ulset saved KEZ Toppfotball from getting behind. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Tor-Henrik Rosenlund made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Tor-Henrik Rosenlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Suleskard's supporters rose to their feet, but Tor-Henrik Rosenlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kai-Arne Ulset breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peter Mogen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christoffer Smestad having to interfere. After 55 minutes, Odd Sandven mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Suleskard and the KEZ Toppfotball players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Suleskard's Odd Sandven got a free kick in the 55th minute. A collision led to Suleskard getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Jørund Bruun hit a great ball. In the 60th minute, Gjøran Nome got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Peter Mogen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christoffer Smestad. Suleskard's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peter Mogen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 82 played minutes Suleskard got a freekick which was hit by Fredrik Gjerdrum. Christoffer Evju hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Christian Skadberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. KEZ Toppfotball's Kai-Arne Ulset proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save KEZ Toppfotball from getting a goal against them. KEZ Toppfotball succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Suleskard had controlled the match.
