After 2 played minutes AllRaf EC got a freekick which was hit by Enéas Pitta. Paulo Renato Martins acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 3rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Atilano Elia. Paulo Renato Martins made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Esteve Elequemedo sent off a good shot on target. In the 15th match minute, Soflov FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Montae to maneuver through the defense. When Gilberto Barros fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soflov FC's protests and gave Gilberto Barros a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th minute of the match Gilson Prata shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Freddy Arias showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 18th minute, Gilberto Barros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute, Duarte Trigo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Freddy Arias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Duarte Trigo's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Esteve Elequemedo during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 26th minute, Esteve Elequemedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Edu Favoretto managed to get in a good position for a shot. AllRaf EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edu Favoretto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Freddy Arias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rdth minute of the game Duarte Trigo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soflov FC's Freddy Arias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Duarte Trigo in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Freddy Arias saved Soflov FC from getting behind. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Duarte Trigo made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, AllRaf EC's Vicente Ramalho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Freddy Arias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Edu Favoretto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Freddy Arias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Soflov FC's zone, Duarte Trigo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Freddy Arias came out of the goal and Duarte Trigo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Luizinho Catarinense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esteve Elequemedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 73 minutes, Erubiel Columbo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Soflov FC and the AllRaf EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Erubiel Columbo hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Enéas Pitta's late challenge caught a Soflov FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enéas Pitta helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th minute of the match Ciriaco Teodor sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulo Renato Martins skillfully saved the ball. In the 78thth minute of the game Esteve Elequemedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AllRaf EC's Paulo Renato Martins was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. AllRaf EC's Enéas Pitta got his second yellow card of the match in the 79th minute. The referee ordered Enéas Pitta off the ground. In the 80th minute of the match Atilano Elia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulo Renato Martins skillfully saved the ball. When Duarte Trigo came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the AllRaf EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Duarte Trigo couldn't finish the play. Soflov FC's Freddy Arias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Soflov FC from getting a goal against them.
