Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Adrian Låsberg started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gjøran Nome struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Rolf Lindgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KEZ Toppfotball. After 14 played minutes Olav Nydal rounded Runa United's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 17th minute Adrian Låsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kai-Arne Ulset saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th match minute, Runa United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils Lindkvist to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gjøran Nome in the 20th minute of play forced Runa United's goalkeeper Rolf Lindgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KEZ Toppfotball's Olav Nydal shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 26th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Rolf Lindgren but with some difficulty. In the 33rd minute, Nils Lindkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olav Nydal got free with Rolf Lindgren in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, KEZ Toppfotball's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Alefors came free, but Kai-Arne Ulset reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olav Nydal in the 40th minute of play forced Runa United's goalkeeper Rolf Lindgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Gjøran Nome dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rolf Lindgren, 2-0. Ingvar Alefors's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kai-Arne Ulset read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Olav Nydal made the kick off in the second half. Adrian Låsberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Kai-Arne Ulset made a huge save. In the 54th minute, Adrian Låsberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Runa United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 58 minutes into the game, Birger Engdal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KEZ Toppfotball's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Runa United the free kick. In the 58th match minute, KEZ Toppfotball was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Birger Engdal to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the match, KEZ Toppfotball's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Låsberg came free, but Kai-Arne Ulset reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Runa United's Rolf Lindgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Mogen in the 68th minute of play. Rolf Lindgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gjøran Nome, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olav Nydal in the 81st minute of play forced Runa United's goalkeeper Rolf Lindgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the match, KEZ Toppfotball's goalkeeper Kai-Arne Ulset had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adrian Låsberg. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Låsberg in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kai-Arne Ulset saved KEZ Toppfotball from getting behind. After 88 minutes, Karl-Oskar Jonsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Runa United and the KEZ Toppfotball players grew even worse after the yellow card. Olav Nydal scored 4-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolf Lindgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 97 minutes into the game, Adrian Låsberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Kai-Arne Ulset was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the KEZ Toppfotball players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
