Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Matias Boniel made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Aysouraguán's goalkeeper Baldemer Sevilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joel Fonda. Characate FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cristian Unai in the 5th minute. Iban Abancens hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Baldemer Sevilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Gora in the 8th minute of the match. Baldemer Sevilla made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Venancio Pacorro sent off a good shot on target. Venancio Pacorro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldemer Sevilla having to interfere. If José Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Gaspar Gora kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Baldemer Sevilla. That made the score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. Venancio Pacorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Baldemer Sevilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute of the match, Matias Boniel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Baldemer Sevilla saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. José Santos's late challenge caught a Characate FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Santos helped the player get up and apologised. José Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aysouraguán's goalkeeper Baldemer Sevilla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Baldemer Sevilla was a little too slow when Matias Boniel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 3-0. Damian Marin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eberardo Palomar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Conrado Aguilera during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 43rd minute, Conrado Aguilera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for José Santos to strike the kick off in the second half. Gaspar Gora kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. The long shot by Iban Abancens in the 57th minute really tested Damian Marin's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 62nd minute, Venancio Pacorro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baldemer Sevilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After 65 minutes, Benjamin Tirso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Characate FC and the Aysouraguán players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Aysouraguán defense, Matias Boniel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baldemer Sevilla. The Aysouraguán fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baldemer Sevilla should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Characate FC's Baldomero Cristofol got a free kick in the 79th minute. Nicholas Cainzos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Marin having to interfere. Gaspar Gora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 92 minutes into the game, Iban Abancens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aysouraguán's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Characate FC the free kick. The supporters of Characate FC booed when Aysouraguán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iban Abancens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Conrado Aguilera didn't quite understand what happened when in the 94 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. José Santos came free with the goalkeeper in the 97th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Damian Marin could save by the left post. There was no doubt that Characate FC were the better team. Characate FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
