The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 20 played minutes Mamutes EC got a freekick which was hit by Emílio Mello. Arsenio Weterio took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nilson Paranaense. Nilson Paranaense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bola Forte made a kick off. Leon Roano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bola Forte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the ramirez fc defense, Bola Forte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leon Roano. The ramirez fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leon Roano should have stopped the shot. In the 61st minute Bola Forte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Roano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Roano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simão de Lara in the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bola Forte in the 88th minute of play forced ramirez fc's goalkeeper Leon Roano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eugênio Domingues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. ramirez fc's Leon Roano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bola Forte in the 92nd minute of play. Bola Forte's late challenge caught a ramirez fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bola Forte helped the player get up and apologised. Bola Forte hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Mamutes EC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
