Valentin Mikeldi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Harold Breugel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Baldomiro Gau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Mikeldi scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Harold Breugel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valentin Mikeldi during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to La Panchera getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Valentin Mikeldi hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Mikeldi in the 17th minute of play forced Pannekoeken's goalkeeper Harold Breugel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harold Breugel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Gau, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After a defensive mix-up in La Panchera's zone, Arno Zonneveld stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Cresenciano came out of the goal and Arno Zonneveld tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pannekoeken's Harold Breugel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Gau in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Valentin Mikeldi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Harold Breugel. Pannekoeken's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valentin Mikeldi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 35th minute Valentin Mikeldi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harold Breugel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Oliver Kruit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arno Zonneveld kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Baldomiro Gau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Pannekoeken's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomiro Gau came free, but Harold Breugel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute Valentin Mikeldi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harold Breugel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Pannekoeken players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. La Panchera were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arno Zonneveld stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Valentin Mikeldi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Panchera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Mikeldi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Martien Crans's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Cresenciano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. La Panchera's Bruno Cresenciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martien Crans in the 61st minute of play. After 62 minutes La Panchera's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Stephan Overmars who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Pannekoeken's Stephan Overmars to fire away a dangerous shot which Bruno Cresenciano despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Martien Crans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Cresenciano having to interfere. Martien Crans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. La Panchera were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Pannekoeken's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alfonso Bernard took the corner. The corner ended in Alfonso Bernard almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pannekoeken's Harold Breugel did a great save. Martien Crans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Stephan Overmars had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Botello during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some careless play in the Pannekoeken defense, Valentin Mikeldi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Harold Breugel. The Pannekoeken fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Harold Breugel should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baldomiro Gau got free with Harold Breugel in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 94 minutes into the game, Valentin Mikeldi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Harold Breugel. Valentin Mikeldi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. The Pannekoeken supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching La Panchera's performance. The match ended with a win for La Panchera.
