Spectators: 7467 (Terracing: 5601, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gilson Guedes got the match started through his kick off. Rigoberto Olayo came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by IGUIPORÃ FC's Gilson Guedes. But to his dismay, Gilson Guedes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Alfredo Paes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ben Chepchumba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredo Paes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dieguito Maradona in the 19th minute of the match. Gilson Guedes struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Rigoberto Olayo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IGUIPORÃ FC. Alfredo Paes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dieguito Maradona, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 26th match minute, Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carolo Montrelle to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Talleres booed when IGUIPORÃ FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jardel Félix didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zézinho Marinho hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, Talleres's Nicanor Sengrat seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Nicanor Sengrat the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Talleres protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Nicanor Sengrat had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Talleres! The referee gave IGUIPORÃ FC a penalty, 39 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gilson Guedes, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Talleres's Rigoberto Olayo. 0-2. Alfredo Paes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Cesario, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. A collision led to IGUIPORÃ FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Kaká Sergipano hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Hermengildo Cesario made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Ben Chepchumba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talleres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ben Chepchumba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hermengildo Cesario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfredo Paes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to IGUIPORÃ FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Luiz Fabiano Barreto hit a great ball. Rigoberto Olayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guga Rossi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, IGUIPORÃ FC's Guga Rossi got a free kick in the 74th minute. After a rather tough play, Talleres's Ben Chepchumba got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute Fernando de Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Olayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ben Chepchumba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfredo Paes was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. After taking down the ball on Talleres's corner Candido Duardo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alfredo Paes quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to Talleres getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Ben Chepchumba hit a great ball. The IGUIPORÃ FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
