Ernesto Emesto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Purcaresti CSS. Ernesto Emesto came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Purcaresti CSS's Marius Timaru. But to his dismay, Marius Timaru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Venancio Steven had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Avram Dobrinescu. Purcaresti CSS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Venancio Steven was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 24th minute, Bartolo Edur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adam Vintilescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Emesto having to interfere. Adam Vintilescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dan Potoroacă took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ernesto Emesto. Ernesto Emesto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Ernesto Emesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard Glodeanu in the 39th minute of play. Ilie Măndica hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The supporters of MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22 booed when Purcaresti CSS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iustin Lițu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marius Timaru was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Adam Vintilescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Purcaresti CSS's supporters rose to their feet, but Adam Vintilescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernesto Emesto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ilie Măndica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eduard Glodeanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Ernesto Emesto made a huge save. In the 74th minute, Eduard Glodeanu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ernesto Emesto. The goal made the score 1-3. Ernesto Emesto made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Ilie Măndica sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Steven in the 85th minute of play forced Purcaresti CSS's goalkeeper Avram Dobrinescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22's Ernesto Emesto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22 from getting a goal against them. Ernesto Emesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Potoroacă, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Purcaresti CSS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
