Jermaine Cano started the match with the kick off. Björn Rudqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jermaine Cano in the 3rd minute of play. After 5 minutes of play, Fluminense di Parma's Jermaine Cano made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Björn Rudqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmy Tunberg in the 11th minute of play forced Fluminense di Parma's goalkeeper Ramiro de Salles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Jermaine Cano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Björn Rudqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Novaes in the 16th minute of play forced Slipmaskinerna's goalkeeper Björn Rudqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Björn Rudqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dagoberto Vides, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Fluminense di Parma were awarded a corner. Belmiro Bueno went to the cornerflag to take it. Oskar Svanér's late challenge caught a Fluminense di Parma's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oskar Svanér helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Fluminense di Parma booed when Slipmaskinerna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Svanér didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 27 played minutes Slipmaskinerna got a freekick which was hit by Hjalmar Odman. Konrad Valström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ramiro de Salles came out and tried to block the shot, but Konrad Valström slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 32nd minute. Slipmaskinerna's Björn Rudqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Novaes in the 40th minute of play. If Dagoberto Vides had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Edgard Novaes fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fluminense di Parma's protests and gave Edgard Novaes a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Fluminense di Parma's Edgard Novaes got a free kick in the 45th minute. The Slipmaskinerna players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fluminense di Parma were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Konrad Valström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Slipmaskinerna getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Robert Stenkvist hit a great ball. After having played for 60 minutes, Edgard Novaes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fluminense di Parma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgard Novaes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Fluminense di Parma getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Dagoberto Vides hit a great ball. Konrad Valström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramiro de Salles read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Ramiro de Salles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robin Asserlindh in the 95th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the game, Hermínio Ortiz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fluminense di Parma's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Slipmaskinerna the free kick. In the 97th match minute, Fluminense di Parma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermínio Ortiz to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Fluminense di Parma left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Slipmaskinerna.
