With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leo Puncet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Inautzi Abreu came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Oylimpiamos Ψ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inautzi Abreu couldn't finish the play. Pudes Bachiller struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Ernesto Emesto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oylimpiamos Ψ. After having played for 33 minutes, Pudes Bachiller managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oylimpiamos Ψ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pudes Bachiller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22 getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Venancio Steven hit a great ball. Inautzi Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 38 played minutes Oylimpiamos Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Pudes Bachiller. MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22's Edelmiro Gar suffered a concussion in the 46th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. 46 minutes into the game, Frutos Villaraud was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oylimpiamos Ψ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22 the free kick. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cecilio Bieito to make the kick off.
