Furia Calamar's Damaso Panfilo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfons Högg in the 20th minute of play. Niko Buckmüller charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niko Buckmüller the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Furia Calamar booed when Borussia Ostermoordorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niko Buckmüller didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Samon Hellrung managed to get in a good position for a shot. Borussia Ostermoordorf's supporters rose to their feet, but Samon Hellrung was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damaso Panfilo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Furia Calamar defense, Samon Hellrung kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damaso Panfilo. The Furia Calamar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damaso Panfilo should have stopped the shot. Mateo Pellegrinos short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Ronnie Kapzan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mauricio Sanson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Borussia Ostermoordorf's Ronnie Kapzan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Borussia Ostermoordorf from getting a goal against them. In the 54th match minute, Borussia Ostermoordorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnd Altmann to maneuver through the defense. Ronnie Kapzan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Pellegrino in the 57th minute of play. In the 61st minute Cristobal Erroman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronnie Kapzan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Furia Calamar fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! Memet Hinschberger placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Damaso Panfilo was a little too slow when Alfons Högg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-2. In the 75thth minute of the game Cristobal Erroman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Borussia Ostermoordorf's Ronnie Kapzan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 82 played minutes Borussia Ostermoordorf got a freekick which was hit by Alfons Högg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliberto Cordaro in the 84th minute of play forced Borussia Ostermoordorf's goalkeeper Ronnie Kapzan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Cristobal Erroman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ronnie Kapzan was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Ronnie Kapzan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Erroman in the 87th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Furia Calamar players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
