Spectators: 7458 (Terracing: 5594, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Urbano Gelacio made the kick off which started today's match. Péter Ferencz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Gogo Pes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Andor Szuper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Jaunti in the 6th minute of play. Urbano Gelacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andor Szuper having to interfere. In the 15th minute Urbano Gelacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andor Szuper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andor Szuper didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Urbano Gelacio went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Andor Szuper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Manex in the 20th minute of play. Andor Szuper came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Santa Maradona's Urbano Gelacio. But to his dismay, Urbano Gelacio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. If Victor Jaunti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, Santa Maradona's goal looked a bit too open when Csaba Dudics came free, but Gogo Pes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Santa Maradona were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Csaba Dudics was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Victor Jaunti reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Andor Szuper. The goal made the score 1-4. After having played for 58 minutes, Csaba Dudics managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pénzügyőr SE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Csaba Dudics was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Victor Jaunti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santa Maradona's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Jaunti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andor Szuper breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 74 minutes into the match, Péter Ferencz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gogo Pes. Santa Maradona's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Péter Ferencz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. In the 78th minute Urbano Gelacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andor Szuper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pénzügyőr SE's Miklós Latabár got a free kick in the 78th minute. Urbano Gelacio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84th minute, József Borsó hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pénzügyőr SE's Andor Szuper proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Pénzügyőr SE from getting a goal against them. Urbano Gelacio took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andor Szuper. Andor Szuper dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. When the match was over Santa Maradona could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pénzügyőr SE throughout the match.
