Spectators: 7446 (Terracing: 5586, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jacobo Sabin took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 7 minutes, Rogelio Ipar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CLATHU and the Santa Maradona players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th minute, Rogelio Ipar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rogelio Ipar was shown his second yellow card after 10 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 11th match minute, CLATHU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Ipar to maneuver through the defense. Santa Maradona's Gogo Pes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Sabin in the 14th minute of play. Serafin Donio charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafin Donio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Santa Maradona's Serafin Donio got a free kick in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Sabin in the 17th minute of play forced Santa Maradona's goalkeeper Gogo Pes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Jacobo Sabin sped through Santa Maradona's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gogo Pes. Carmelo Llin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gogo Pes having to interfere. Urbano Gelacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Evis having to interfere. Gualterio Gabino charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gualterio Gabino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to CLATHU getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Gualterio Gabino hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, CLATHU's goalkeeper Dario Evis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Jaunti. Gogo Pes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Irrintzi in the 36th minute of the match. CLATHU's Dario Evis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Gelacio in the 40th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Urbano Gelacio in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dario Evis saved CLATHU from getting behind. After the first half CLATHU were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Urbano Gelacio to make the kick off. After 58 played minutes CLATHU got a freekick which was hit by Jacobo Sabin. When Jacobo Sabin came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the CLATHU fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacobo Sabin couldn't finish the play. Victor Jaunti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dario Evis having to make a save. In the 66th minute Victor Jaunti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Evis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dario Evis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbano Gelacio in the 70th minute of the match. Urbano Gelacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Evis having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Arnoldo Lleir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Santa Maradona's zone, Jacobo Sabin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gogo Pes came out of the goal and Jacobo Sabin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacobo Harriet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Gogo Pes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Santa Maradona's Melquiades Manex got a free kick in the 80th minute. CLATHU's Armando Fernanco shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 81st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gogo Pes but with some difficulty. Urbano Gelacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Evis having to interfere. A collision led to CLATHU getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Rene Irrintzi hit a great ball. Jacobo Sabin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 96 minutes of play, Santa Maradona's Urbano Gelacio made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dario Evis was left in no man's land by his defense there!
