In the 17th minute Ian Maranhense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rozen Lipsky saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. G.R. were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Giovanni Ben Yochay took the corner. If Joshua Ziss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zahavi Drucker to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wágner Cunha to maneuver through the defense. Yuval Laban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Ademir Mello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. G.R.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Zahavi Drucker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ademir Mello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 93 played minutes G.R. got a freekick which was hit by Yotam Tamir. The G.R. manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER to win.
