In the 33rd minute, Linus Gummeson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dynamo Strandnäs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Jens-Ove Käcker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kind of Blue's supporters rose to their feet, but Jens-Ove Käcker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Klas Matsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Kind of Blue booed when Dynamo Strandnäs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fritz Jakobsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Allan Vinström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Klas Matsson. Dynamo Strandnäs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Allan Vinström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Anders Mellin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Allan Vinström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klas Matsson having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Allan Vinström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anders Mellin kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. A collision led to Dynamo Strandnäs getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Rikard Bohlin hit a great ball. Klas Matsson came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Kind of Blue's Allan Vinström. But to his dismay, Allan Vinström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. A collision led to Kind of Blue getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Fredric Botvidsson hit a great ball. Freddie Söderlund was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Linus Gummeson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Linus Gummeson really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. In the 71stth minute of the game Allan Vinström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dynamo Strandnäs's Klas Matsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Klas Matsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Ove Käcker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Stellan Smitt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Freddie Söderlund was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Linus Gummeson in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Freddie Söderlund saved Kind of Blue from getting behind. In the 79th minute Dynamo Strandnäs were awarded a corner. Linus Gummeson went to the cornerflag to take it. After 84 minutes, Linus Gummeson made it 2-4 with a short kick to the right side. Kind of Blue's Freddie Söderlund tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Klas Matsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Vinström in the 88th minute of the match.
