Spectators: 7516 (Terracing: 5638, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) Ariando Oca started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd match minute, Ríver Late was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gero Arenzana to maneuver through the defense. 3 minutes into the game Laércio Vianna kicked a great long shot which passed Isauro Contero straight ahead into the goal, Result 1-0. One couldn't see Laércio Vianna behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. In the 6th minute, Vitório Baiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ríver Late's Isauro Contero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Paulo de Barros in the 12th minute of play. Luís Paulo de Barros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Isauro Contero made a huge save. Elder Munhoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isauro Contero having to interfere. Isauro Contero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Paulo de Barros in the 19th minute of the match. Andres Feloaga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ariando Oca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Vieira having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Relyn Futebol Clube's Laércio Vianna got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 44th minute, Relyn Futebol Clube's Luís Fernando Almeida dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute Luís Fernando Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isauro Contero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Paulo de Barros in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isauro Contero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Ríver Late getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Valentim Udias hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Paulo de Barros in the 60th minute of play forced Ríver Late's goalkeeper Isauro Contero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st match minute, Relyn Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elder Munhoz to maneuver through the defense. Ariando Oca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Juan Vieira made a huge save. The supporters of Relyn Futebol Clube booed when Ríver Late was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Tordesillas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isauro Contero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Fernando Almeida went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Relyn Futebol Clube booed when Ríver Late was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Feloaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isauro Contero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Paulo de Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 78thth minute of the game Luís Paulo de Barros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ríver Late's Isauro Contero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Ríver Late's Gero Arenzana got a free kick in the 79th minute. Bizen Villafuentes struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Juan Vieira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ríver Late. In the 84th minute Luís Fernando Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isauro Contero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Ríver Late's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Fernando Almeida came free, but Isauro Contero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ríver Late's zone, Luís Fernando Almeida stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isauro Contero came out of the goal and Luís Fernando Almeida tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Paulo de Barros in the 91st minute of play forced Ríver Late's goalkeeper Isauro Contero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, Ariando Oca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Vieira was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Relyn Futebol Clube fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ríver Late had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
