Raphael Salgado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Eleuterio Benvide recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raphael Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Astor Arotza in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute of the match, Esteban Ortle got a very nice opportunity to score, but Raphael Salgado was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Luís Guilherme Quadros came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Belotaurus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Guilherme Quadros couldn't finish the play. Belotaurus FC's Hortêncio Siqueira got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 27 minutes into the game, Clemente Nel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético Rio Cuarto's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Belotaurus FC the free kick. Clemente Nel hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Esteban Ortle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raphael Salgado having to interfere. With a little luck, Belotaurus FC's Raphael Salgado got control of the ball when Astor Arotza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hortêncio Siqueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzalo Regis having to interfere. Clemente Nel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Raphael Salgado. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gonzalo Regis firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ezequiel Baiano hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. The supporters of Atlético Rio Cuarto booed when Belotaurus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Luís Macedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Celso Lonzo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Rio Cuarto's supporters rose to their feet, but Celso Lonzo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raphael Salgado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Atlético Rio Cuarto getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Raphael Salgado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 88 minutes into the match, Astor Arotza notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Belotaurus FC's Raphael Salgado. Raphael Salgado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Belotaurus FC's Raphael Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eleuterio Benvide in the 92nd minute of play. Raphael Salgado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Astor Arotza went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Belotaurus FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
