The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. C. A. DEPORTIVO NAHUEL's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Pello Cameno scored to the left of an out of position Ildefonso Gumaro, making the score, 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Pello Cameno kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ildefonso Gumaro. That made the score 2-0 in the 6 minute of play. Hitzeder Palomar charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hitzeder Palomar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of C. A. DEPORTIVO NAHUEL booed when Club Deportivo O IRIXO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hitzeder Palomar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ildefonso Gumaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Maroto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pello Cameno struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Ildefonso Gumaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Deportivo O IRIXO. When Hitzeder Palomar was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 18 minutes had been played. A collision led to Club Deportivo O IRIXO getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Hitzeder Palomar hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the match, Arnoldo Osasun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonardo Romani. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnoldo Osasun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnoldo Osasun in the 25th minute of play forced Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goalkeeper Leonardo Romani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Pello Cameno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ildefonso Gumaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Jose Mitxel fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C. A. DEPORTIVO NAHUEL's protests and gave Jose Mitxel a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to C. A. DEPORTIVO NAHUEL getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Jose Mitxel hit a great ball. The supporters of Club Deportivo O IRIXO booed when C. A. DEPORTIVO NAHUEL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Mitxel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, C. A. DEPORTIVO NAHUEL's Jose Mitxel got a free kick in the 36th minute. Belasko Benito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Ildefonso Gumaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Javier Maroto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Pello Cameno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's supporters rose to their feet, but Pello Cameno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ildefonso Gumaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gavino Dorio kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Pello Cameno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnoldo Osasun made a kick off. Javier Maroto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonardo Romani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnoldo Osasun in the 52nd minute of the match. If Javier Maroto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 62nd minute, one of Club Deportivo O IRIXO:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Deportivo O IRIXO. If Javier Maroto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavino Dorio charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gavino Dorio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th minute, Gavino Dorio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Javier Maroto hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romulo Dabi during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to C. A. DEPORTIVO NAHUEL getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Romulo Dabi hit a great ball. Belasko Benito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as C. A. DEPORTIVO NAHUEL's Romulo Dabi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leonardo Romani. That made the score 2-3 after 94 minutes of play. When the final whistle went the supporters of C. A. DEPORTIVO NAHUEL were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Club Deportivo O IRIXO side.
