Pandilla Cobayeril's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LegionArgentina the free kick. Hector Chan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 10th minute, Oscar Ponciano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baldomero Florinio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Cordearo in the 16th minute of play. Pandilla Cobayeril were furious when Genaro Aritza was red carded, 18 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 17th minute of the game. One of Pandilla Cobayeril:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LegionArgentina:s goal. After 21 played minutes LegionArgentina got a freekick which was hit by Elias Mercurio. A collision led to Pandilla Cobayeril getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Christian Hitzeder hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Robustiano Incendio fired a really elegant long shot, but Baldomero Florinio threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Baldomero Florinio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robustiano Incendio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Ponciano kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Mercurio in the 31st minute of play forced Pandilla Cobayeril's goalkeeper Baldomero Florinio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Eugenio Cordearo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Baldomero Florinio to make any attempt to save it. Eugenio Cordearo's late challenge caught a Pandilla Cobayeril's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugenio Cordearo helped the player get up and apologised. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elias Mercurio to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Hector Chan managed to get in a good position for a shot. LegionArgentina's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Chan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomero Florinio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 55th minute Elias Mercurio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Florinio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Pandilla Cobayeril's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Incendio came free, but Baldomero Florinio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Oriche's late challenge caught a LegionArgentina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elias Mercurio scored 5-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baldomero Florinio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Baldomero Florinio came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by LegionArgentina's Elias Mercurio. But to his dismay, Elias Mercurio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After 83 played minutes LegionArgentina got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Alvarez. Silverio Tomi kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Eugenio Cordearo was shown his second yellow card after 87 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, LegionArgentina's Eugenio Cordearo got a free kick in the 88th minute. Baldomero Florinio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Mercurio in the 91st minute of the match.
