The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Per-Åke Rönn fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Med Gang FC's protests and gave Per-Åke Rönn a yellow card for diving instead. Per-Åke Rönn hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Arvin Åström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingvar Söderqvist in the 21st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Knut Rolfsson in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harry Axelsson saved Med Gang FC from getting behind. Mats Bank kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute of the match Per-Åke Rönn sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arvin Åström skillfully saved the ball. Knut Rolfsson scored 0-8 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Harry Axelsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 87 played minutes Mansfield Town FC got a freekick which was hit by Martin Ström. When Per-Åke Rönn came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Med Gang FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Per-Åke Rönn couldn't finish the play. 91 minutes into the match, Med Gang FC's goalkeeper Harry Axelsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Knut Rolfsson. The audience was convinced that Knut Rolfsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harry Axelsson was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. The supporters of Mansfield Town FC booed when Med Gang FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarl Eckegren didn't get a good kick on the ball.
