Davide Cavaliere was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Louis-Philippe Nijs. Franco Bobbio hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Matijs Davus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Franco Penna's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Armin Venditti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Matijs Davus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Dexter Morgan VR46's goalkeeper Davide Cavaliere, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 48 minutes into the game, Franco Penna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Matijs Davus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Franco Penna to strike the kick off in the second half. When Franco Penna in the 55th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Matijs Davus kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-3 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. In the 80th minute Franco Bobbio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matijs Davus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberigo Di Nucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
