Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adriano Giampieri in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnoldas Makelevičius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 12th minute, Danas Kilčiauskas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Rondinelli in the 15th minute of play forced FC Karamba's goalkeeper Arnoldas Makelevičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Adriano Giampieri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Arnoldas Makelevičius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anselmo Di Girolamo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Arnoldas Makelevičius firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Enzo Rondinelli fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lunatics of Arianrhod's protests and gave Enzo Rondinelli a yellow card for diving instead. Enzo Rondinelli kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Antonio Pizziolo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislovas Milčius in the 33rd minute of play. Corrado Capone's late challenge caught a FC Karamba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Corrado Capone helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Lunatics of Arianrhod's Corrado Capone got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 38th minute, Augustinas Damazeckas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 43rd minute Stanislovas Milčius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Pizziolo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 49 minutes, Saulius Vaineikis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Karamba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saulius Vaineikis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adriano Giampieri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arnoldas Makelevičius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Rondinelli in the 54th minute of the match. Adriano Giampieri scored 4-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnoldas Makelevičius, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Lunatics of Arianrhod booed when FC Karamba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benas Liulys didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stanislovas Milčius during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th minute, Stanislovas Milčius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Lunatics of Arianrhod's Antonio Pizziolo got control of the ball when Augustinas Damazeckas tried to sneak it across the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enzo Rondinelli couldn't finish the play. In the 84th minute Anselmo Di Girolamo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldas Makelevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FC Karamba getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Linas Matukaitis hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the match, Lunatics of Arianrhod's goalkeeper Antonio Pizziolo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augustinas Damazeckas. 98 minutes into the match, FC Karamba's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Giampieri came free, but Arnoldas Makelevičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Karamba players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lunatics of Arianrhod.
