Spectators: 7476 (Terracing: 5608, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Lech Wielowiejski made the kick off which started today's match. Roman Hetman made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Dave Drescher sent off a good shot on target. Roman Hetman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Drescher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Gadom's Roman Hetman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Billy Waller in the 11th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Fire Devils's Billy Waller sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roman Hetman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vladimir Schnyder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lech Wielowiejski in the 21st minute of the match. Vladimir Schnyder came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Gadom's Ignacy Adamczak. But to his dismay, Ignacy Adamczak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ignacy Adamczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The FC Gadom fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when FC Gadom's Ignacy Adamczak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hajo Nyfeler charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hajo Nyfeler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Gadom booed when Fire Devils was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hajo Nyfeler didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th match minute, Fire Devils was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dave Drescher to maneuver through the defense. FC Gadom's Roman Hetman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Drescher in the 39th minute of play. Roman Hetman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dave Drescher in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, FC Gadom's Dobromir Jastrowicz got a free kick in the 44th minute. After the first half FC Gadom were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Billy Waller to make the kick off. Roman Hetman came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Fire Devils's Billy Waller. But to his dismay, Billy Waller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Fire Devils's Vladimir Schnyder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Fire Devils from getting a goal against them. In the 60th minute Ignacy Adamczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimir Schnyder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Witalis Wysocki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dave Drescher hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. If Remo Espa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the game, Fire Devils's Billy Waller nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roman Hetman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Henrik Basciano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roman Hetman. FC Gadom's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 82ndth minute of the game Billy Waller who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Gadom's Roman Hetman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Ignacy Adamczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 played minutes Fire Devils got a freekick which was hit by Henrik Basciano. After 93 played minutes FC Gadom got a freekick which was hit by Maciej Logewnik. In the 94th minute of the match Hajo Nyfeler shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roman Hetman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
