But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eufemio Bermejo couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omero Remolina in the 12th minute of play forced FSX UNITED's goalkeeper Alvar Pantoja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FSX UNITED getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Henrico Liendo hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈'s Pedroso Zamora slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alvar Pantoja. That made the score 1-0 after 19 minutes of play. Alvar Pantoja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedroso Zamora, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈'s Valiente Florez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florián Badilla in the 30th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! In the 35th match minute, FSX UNITED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Zambrano to maneuver through the defense. If Florián Badilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guilherme Cajigal kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Herena Rotges made the kick off in the second half. Omero Remolina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvar Pantoja having to interfere. FSX UNITED's Manolo Benavente got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valiente Florez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Florián Badilla showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 62 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈'s Montrell Baelo got a free kick in the 71st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈'s zone, Eustaquio York stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valiente Florez came out of the goal and Eustaquio York tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FSX UNITED's Justino Laferte pulled a muscle in his leg after 73 minutes and couldn't finish the game. FSX UNITED's Eliseo Sarfate was substituted for Justino Laferte. In the 74th match minute, Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guilherme Cajigal to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈ getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Omero Remolina hit a great ball. If Florián Badilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valiente Florez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florián Badilla in the 81st minute of the match. Herensuge Pajazo hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute Florián Badilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valiente Florez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eufemio Bermejo struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Valiente Florez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FSX UNITED. In the 88th minute, Daniel Argüero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eustaquio York, 89 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.
