Myron Gant received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Angelo Bartolome came out and tried to block the shot, but Myron Gant slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 4th minute. A collision led to Marshrose getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Henry Fair hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Panpili in the 9th minute of play forced Marshrose's goalkeeper Santiago Hatch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santiago Hatch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Bonadona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Marshrose booed when Juventud Antoniana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Lizbeth didn't get a good kick on the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Léon Sweeney had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelo Bartolome. Juventud Antoniana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Léon Sweeney was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 15thth minute of the game Enoch Christopher who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juventud Antoniana's Angelo Bartolome was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Domingo Lizbeth's late challenge caught a Marshrose's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingo Lizbeth helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 17th minute of the game. One of Juventud Antoniana:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Marshrose:s goal. Angelo Bartolome had in the 20thth minute some difficulties stopping Enoch Christopher's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Enoch Christopher did an outstanding performance 20 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 3-0 to the right of an irritated Angelo Bartolome in the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Léon Sweeney notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Juventud Antoniana's Angelo Bartolome. Angelo Bartolome was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Enoch Christopher hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After 29 minutes of play, Juventud Antoniana's Rodolfo Bonadona made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santiago Hatch was left in no man's land by his defense there! Santiago Hatch came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Juventud Antoniana's Arnulfo Panpili. But to his dismay, Arnulfo Panpili quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Henry Fair charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henry Fair the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th match minute, Marshrose was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Fair to maneuver through the defense. Marshrose's Santiago Hatch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Bonadona in the 38th minute of play. Juventud Antoniana's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Myron Gant scored to the left of an out of position Angelo Bartolome, making the score, 5-2. Santiago Hatch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmiro Castel in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-2 at half-time.

The wind increased when Arnulfo Panpili made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Marshrose's Nathaniel Blackmon got a free kick in the 55th minute. Marshrose's Santiago Hatch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Marshrose from getting a goal against them. 63 minutes into the match, Marshrose's goalkeeper Santiago Hatch had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodolfo Bonadona. Juventud Antoniana's Remigio Rafe got his second yellow card of the match in the 64th minute. The referee ordered Remigio Rafe off the ground. After a rather tough play, Juventud Antoniana's Remigio Rafe got a free kick in the 65th minute. Marshrose's Enoch Christopher got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rodolfo Bonadona took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Santiago Hatch. Santiago Hatch dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-4. A collision led to Marshrose getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Nathaniel Blackmon hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the game, Delmiro Castel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventud Antoniana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marshrose the free kick. In the 87th match minute, Juventud Antoniana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmiro Castel to maneuver through the defense. Angelo Bartolome showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Léon Sweeney in the 88th minute of the match. A collision led to Juventud Antoniana getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Rodolfo Bonadona hit a great ball. Angelo Bartolome showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Myron Gant, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Marshrose had played much better football throughout.
