Spectators: 7554 (Terracing: 5667, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Andrei Vârjean got the match started through his kick off. Leon Salomone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrei Vârjean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the game, Alonzo Lugo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gigel Rânceanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gigel Rânceanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonzo Lugo in the 11th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mihnea Fânaru during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Fotbal Club Vaslui getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Mihnea Fânaru hit a great ball. In the 13th minute, Fabio Tulio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Mihnea Fânaru was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 15 minutes had been played. Alonzo Lugo took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gigel Rânceanu. Gigel Rânceanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Felix Nisporeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Leon Salomone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melchor Felo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gigel Rânceanu having to interfere. Fotbal Club Vaslui's Gigel Rânceanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonzo Lugo in the 29th minute of play. Andrei Vârjean recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Alonzo Lugo came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Club Atletico Chusca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alonzo Lugo couldn't finish the play. Club Atletico Chusca's Leon Salomone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Chusca from getting a goal against them. Felix Nisporeanu hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alonzo Lugo was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Fotbal Club Vaslui's Liviu Mușătescu got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After some careless play in the Fotbal Club Vaslui defense, Alonzo Lugo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gigel Rânceanu. The Fotbal Club Vaslui fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gigel Rânceanu should have stopped the shot. Club Atletico Chusca's Melchor Felo got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gigel Rânceanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alonzo Lugo in the 59th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felix Nisporeanu during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 61st minute, Felix Nisporeanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute, Alonzo Lugo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ricardo Rozarius's late challenge caught a Fotbal Club Vaslui's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ricardo Rozarius helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Liviu Mușătescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fotbal Club Vaslui's supporters rose to their feet, but Liviu Mușătescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leon Salomone breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alin Geamănu kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Fotbal Club Vaslui's zone, Alonzo Lugo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gigel Rânceanu came out of the goal and Alonzo Lugo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leonardo Millrick hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Liviu Mușătescu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 84th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. A collision led to Club Atletico Chusca getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Pastor Nesto hit a great ball. When Felix Nisporeanu came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Fotbal Club Vaslui fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Nisporeanu couldn't finish the play. Gigel Rânceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alonzo Lugo in the 96th minute of play. The Fotbal Club Vaslui supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Club Atletico Chusca's performance. The match ended with a win for Club Atletico Chusca.
