Atlético Mancha Real's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Cláudio Madureira scored to the left of an out of position Federico Azofra, making the score, 1-0. Santiago Puyol lost his temper 9 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 8th minute, one of Atlético Mancha Real:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Atlético Mancha Real. When the match had been going on for 10 minutes, Atlético Micaelense's Maurício Neves got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Federico Azofra. In the 14th minute Wilson Moutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Azofra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atlético Mancha Real's Federico Azofra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilson Moutinho in the 15th minute of play. A collision led to Atlético Micaelense getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Vicente Sanches hit a great ball. Cesario Valerón struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Marcelo Amaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Mancha Real. In the 21st minute, Vicente Sanches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Federico Azofra made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Cláudio Madureira sent off a good shot on target. Wilson Moutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Aguado in the 28th minute of play forced Atlético Micaelense's goalkeeper Marcelo Amaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Agusti Hernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Maurício Neves dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Federico Azofra, 3-0. Cláudio Madureira struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Federico Azofra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Micaelense. Federico Azofra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurício Neves in the 43rd minute of play. Wilson Moutinho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Federico Azofra having to make a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maurício Neves made a kick off. Wilson Moutinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Azofra having to interfere. Carlos Calatayud's late challenge caught a Atlético Micaelense's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Calatayud helped the player get up and apologised. 59 minutes into the match, Atlético Mancha Real's goal looked a bit too open when Wilson Moutinho came free, but Federico Azofra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Federico Azofra came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Micaelense's Cláudio Madureira. But to his dismay, Cláudio Madureira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After some careless play in the Atlético Mancha Real defense, Maurício Neves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Federico Azofra. The Atlético Mancha Real fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Federico Azofra should have stopped the shot. In the 67th minute Wilson Moutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Azofra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Azofra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilson Moutinho went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. After 72 played minutes Atlético Mancha Real got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Aguado. When Atlético Mancha Real's Agustín Aguado in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atlético Micaelense's goalie prevented a goal. When Maurício Neves came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Atlético Micaelense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maurício Neves couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson Moutinho in the 84th minute of play forced Atlético Mancha Real's goalkeeper Federico Azofra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Wilson Moutinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Federico Azofra was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Federico Azofra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilson Moutinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Federico Azofra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilson Lobato went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score.
