The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lyons's goalkeeper Abelardo Rainerio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 3 minutes into the match, Eantdit FK's Valeriu Cucerdean sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abelardo Rainerio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 4th minute, Honorato Peter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luca Crașovan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Abelardo Rainerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abelardo Rainerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Crașovan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ionel Fecioru was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Clodoveo Llanos. Salvador Maule fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ionel Fecioru having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Valeriu Cucerdean had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abelardo Rainerio. Lyons's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valeriu Cucerdean was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Eantdit FK's Ionel Fecioru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Llanos in the 36th minute of play. Ionel Fecioru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adan Ramond in the 40th minute of the match. Salvador Maule did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Ionel Fecioru 47 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valeriu Cucerdean to strike the kick off in the second half. Felix Bratoloveanu kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Lyons's Abelardo Rainerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Crașovan in the 58th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Lyons's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Crașovan came free, but Abelardo Rainerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valeriu Cucerdean recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd minute, Valeriu Cucerdean got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luca Crașovan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Abelardo Rainerio came out and tried to block the shot, but Luca Crașovan slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 76th minute. When Lyons's Clodoveo Llanos in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Eantdit FK's goalie prevented a goal. Ionel Fecioru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Llanos in the 82nd minute of the match. A collision led to Eantdit FK getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Ivan Niculescu hit a great ball. Adan Ramond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abelardo Rainerio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valeriu Cucerdean in the 92nd minute. Luca Crașovan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abelardo Rainerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Crașovan in the 96th minute of the match.
