With a little luck, LOTUS's Evren Serkut got control of the ball when Guilherme Cruz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Evren Serkut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Alberto Novaes in the 17th minute of the match. Baykan Yağıztekin kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. The supporters of Ferreira Lopes MZC booed when LOTUS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Akif Yağın didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Mehmet Akif Yağın cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Filipe Cruz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Ferreira Lopes MZC's Manfredo Munhoz got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 32 played minutes, LOTUS's Abdulkerim Kaçan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Filipe Cruz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LOTUS reached it. 33 minutes into the match, Ferreira Lopes MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Baykan Yağıztekin came free, but Filipe Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Guilherme Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filipe Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baykan Yağıztekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filipe Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Balaban Yürük, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlos Alberto Novaes during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Ferreira Lopes MZC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Carlos Alberto Novaes hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, LOTUS's Mehmet Akif Yağın got a free kick in the 42nd minute. With a little luck, LOTUS's Evren Serkut got control of the ball when Carlos Alberto Novaes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Geovânio Torres hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Balaban Yürük scored 0-2 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filipe Cruz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baykan Yağıztekin to make the kick off. Duarte Prata's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Evren Serkut read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. In the last second Filipe Cruz throw himself and got hold of the ball when Abdulkerim Kaçan in the 58thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 63rd minute Abdulkerim Kaçan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guilherme Cruz in the 66th minute of play forced LOTUS's goalkeeper Evren Serkut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 67 played minutes LOTUS got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Ediz Baykal. In the 72nd minute Baykan Yağıztekin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Guilherme Cruz notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of LOTUS's Evren Serkut. Evren Serkut was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Ferreira Lopes MZC's Duarte Prata in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. LOTUS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
