After 3 played minutes Ultra Copos FC ™ got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Valentim. After 6 played minutes Ultra Copos FC ™ got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Guerreiro. After 7 minutes, Pieter-Jan Roelandts mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KV Schoonwater and the Ultra Copos FC ™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sabino Salgueiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pieter-Jan Roelandts in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Laurenz Kerselaers notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ultra Copos FC ™'s Sabino Salgueiro. Sabino Salgueiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frederico Carreira in the 20th minute of play forced KV Schoonwater's goalkeeper Nicky Rauvoets to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guilherme Belém was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 22 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute, Charles Cheepers ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sabino Salgueiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Sabino Salgueiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laurenz Kerselaers went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Sabino Salgueiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laurenz Kerselaers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ultra Copos FC ™'s Nélson Araújo got a free kick in the 44th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henrique Morais to make the kick off. When Laurenz Kerselaers fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KV Schoonwater's protests and gave Laurenz Kerselaers a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st minute, Laurenz Kerselaers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, Ultra Copos FC ™'s goalkeeper Sabino Salgueiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laurenz Kerselaers. With a little luck, Ultra Copos FC ™'s Sabino Salgueiro got control of the ball when Charles Cheepers tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 64th minute, Laurenz Kerselaers reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sabino Salgueiro. The goal made the score 0-4. In the 68th play minute Laurenz Kerselaers came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sabino Salgueiro. 0-5. After a rather tough play, Ultra Copos FC ™'s Samuel Boaventura got a free kick in the 79th minute. Sabino Salgueiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pieter-Jan Roelandts in the 87th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Ultra Copos FC ™'s goalkeeper Sabino Salgueiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pieter-Jan Roelandts. A collision led to Ultra Copos FC ™ getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Lucílio Sampaio hit a great ball. KV Schoonwater's Matthias Persoons was substituted for Charles Cheepers. In the 90th minute, Lucílio Sampaio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the match, Ultra Copos FC ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Laurenz Kerselaers came free, but Sabino Salgueiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Ultra Copos FC ™ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. KV Schoonwater were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
