An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Alberto Novaes in the 4th minute of play forced Lauta Army's goalkeeper Mito Momin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mito Momin made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Guilherme Cruz sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Ferreira Lopes MZC booed when Lauta Army was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apostol Ploskov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Carlos Alberto Novaes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guilherme Cruz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Mito Momin made a huge save. When Carlos Alberto Novaes came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Ferreira Lopes MZC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Alberto Novaes couldn't finish the play. In the 18th minute, Ruslan Ivanchev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th match minute, Lauta Army was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Branislav Tropchev to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Alberto Novaes in the 28th minute of play forced Lauta Army's goalkeeper Mito Momin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 29 played minutes Ferreira Lopes MZC got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Schmidt. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruslan Ivanchev in the 30th minute of play forced Ferreira Lopes MZC's goalkeeper Filipe Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Carlos Alberto Novaes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mito Momin. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 36th minute, Ferreira Lopes MZC's Paulo Queirós seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Paulo Queirós the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ferreira Lopes MZC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Paulo Queirós had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 43 minutes into the match, Geovânio Torres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mito Momin. Lauta Army's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Geovânio Torres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guilherme Cruz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trendafil Batanov in the 52nd minute of play forced Ferreira Lopes MZC's goalkeeper Filipe Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tzvetelin Saparevski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipe Cruz having to interfere. Filipe Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tzvetelin Saparevski, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Lauta Army's Mito Momin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Alberto Novaes in the 60th minute of play. Filipe Cruz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodor Baltadzhiev in the 63rd minute of the match. Filipe Cruz was a little too slow when Bozhin Tumangelov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 2-2. When Angelo Sampaio fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ferreira Lopes MZC's protests and gave Angelo Sampaio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ferreira Lopes MZC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Angelo Sampaio hit a great ball. Lauta Army's Bozhin Tumangelov got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Ruslan Ivanchev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 74 minutes, Carlos Alberto Novaes made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Lauta Army's Mito Momin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 78th minute Geovânio Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mito Momin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Lauta Army's Tzvetelin Saparevski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Filipe Cruz. Filipe Cruz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-3. With a little luck, Ferreira Lopes MZC's Filipe Cruz got control of the ball when Bozhin Tumangelov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carlos Alberto Novaes's late challenge caught a Lauta Army's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Alberto Novaes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th minute, Carlos Alberto Novaes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
