The LOTUS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evren Serkut should have stopped the shot. Patrício Câmara might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evren Serkut. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patrício Câmara ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baykan Yağıztekin in the 31st minute of play forced Ultra Copos FC ™'s goalkeeper Sabino Salgueiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evren Serkut didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patrício Câmara went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. LOTUS's Evren Serkut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrício Câmara in the 41st minute of play. Evren Serkut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nélson Araújo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evren Serkut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nélson Araújo in the 43rd minute of play. Evren Serkut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nélson Araújo, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After the first half Ultra Copos FC ™ were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The LOTUS fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when LOTUS's Baykan Yağıztekin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Ultra Copos FC ™'s Anselmo Valentim got a free kick in the 64th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Baykan Yağıztekin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sabino Salgueiro. Ultra Copos FC ™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baykan Yağıztekin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. In the 69th minute Nélson Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evren Serkut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henrique Morais was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 76th minute. Ultra Copos FC ™'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Baykan Yağıztekin hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in LOTUS's zone, Patrício Câmara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evren Serkut came out of the goal and Patrício Câmara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd minute, Balaban Yürük hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Balaban Yürük received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Sabino Salgueiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sabino Salgueiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baykan Yağıztekin in the 89th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Akif Yağın in the 91st minute of play forced Ultra Copos FC ™'s goalkeeper Sabino Salgueiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Baykan Yağıztekin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. Sabino Salgueiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Balaban Yürük sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Ultra Copos FC ™ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than LOTUS throughout the match.
