Rıfkı İçkin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Fabiano Mesquita having to interfere. If Pedrão Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89's Necati Daman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luís Fabiano Mesquita. That made the score 1-0 after 19 minutes of play. If Vicente Custódio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89's Şemsettin Balkanlıoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Munhoz in the 31st minute of play. Luís Fabiano Mesquita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rıfkı İçkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. When Rıfkı İçkin fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89's protests and gave Rıfkı İçkin a yellow card for diving instead. Rıfkı İçkin hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute of the match Nurtekin Kocak shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luís Fabiano Mesquita showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

In the 54th minute, Rıfkı İçkin made a precise shot to the right of Luís Fabiano Mesquita. Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Many of Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG may have spent more time on the ball, but Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89 were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
