Alfonso Montrell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximo Calixto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfonso Montrell made a kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Centenario Bohemio's Uriel Calvet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximo Calixto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Maximo Calixto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfonso Montrell's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Alfonso Montrell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Calixto having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Aaron Beila was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A.JORGOVAN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Centenario Bohemio the free kick. In the 70th minute, Atilano Fagildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
