The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zacarias Gaur during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ψ virgen Ψ's Julian Unai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Ψ virgen Ψ from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Baraquiel in the 17th minute of play forced Berserkers FC Ψ's goalkeeper Simon Arias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Mariano Galoer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Simon Arias was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvio Lastur during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ψ virgen Ψ booed when Berserkers FC Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Lastur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simon Arias was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnaldo Gonzo made a kick off. A collision led to Ψ virgen Ψ getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Froilan Jeraldo hit a great ball. With a little luck, Berserkers FC Ψ's Simon Arias got control of the ball when Modesto Baraquiel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ψ virgen Ψ's Julian Unai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Gonzo in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to Berserkers FC Ψ getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Zacarias Gaur hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Galoer got free with Simon Arias in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Simon Arias made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Mariano Galoer sent off a good shot on target. Simon Arias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Galoer in the 68th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ψ virgen Ψ's zone, Marco Chus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julian Unai came out of the goal and Marco Chus tried to chip the ball over his head. Ψ virgen Ψ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berserkers FC Ψ the free kick. In the 80th minute, Teo Fonso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Berserkers FC Ψ's Severiano Taurino got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Ψ virgen Ψ's zone, Severiano Taurino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julian Unai came out of the goal and Severiano Taurino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Arturo Calixto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ψ virgen Ψ's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Calixto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Arias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th match minute, Berserkers FC Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Gaur to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Alejandro Benino in the 90th minute really tested Simon Arias's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 94th minute, Arturo Calixto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Ψ virgen Ψ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ψ virgen Ψ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
