Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) FC Nordsjælland's Marcos Kunst started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gürbüz Kayrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Kunst in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Frede Holts cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gürbüz Kayrak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 14 minutes, Frede Holts mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Nordsjælland and the Jandarma players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Nordsjælland's Frede Holts got a free kick in the 14th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Frede Holts had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gürbüz Kayrak. Jandarma's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frede Holts was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Gürbüz Kayrak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frede Holts went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Jandarma were furious when Baykal Özaydın was red carded, 25 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Jandarma! In the 28th minute there was a penalty for FC Nordsjælland. Frede Holts stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gürbüz Kayrak. 0-4. After a rather tough play, Jandarma's Seçkin Taykut got a free kick in the 30th minute. Hans Baunbæk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mehmet Emre Toran in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute of the match Vilmar Devolfe shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gürbüz Kayrak showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 40th minute, Frede Holts made a precise shot to the right of Gürbüz Kayrak. Jandarma's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. 43 minutes into the match, Jandarma's goal looked a bit too open when Kirstein Luvard came free, but Gürbüz Kayrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mehmet Emre Toran charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mehmet Emre Toran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Jandarma's Mehmet Emre Toran got a free kick in the 46th minute. Frede Holts took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gürbüz Kayrak. Gürbüz Kayrak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mehmet Emre Toran to make the kick off. Anders Boutrup was extremely unlucky when he, in the 53rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Frede Holts received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gürbüz Kayrak came out and tried to block the shot, but Frede Holts slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 57th minute. 64 minutes into the game, Frede Holts cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Gürbüz Kayrak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frede Holts in the 70th minute of play forced Jandarma's goalkeeper Gürbüz Kayrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Jandarma's goalkeeper Gürbüz Kayrak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gürbüz Kayrak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anders Boutrup, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Mehmet Emre Toran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gürbüz Kayrak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anders Boutrup, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The supporters of FC Nordsjælland booed when Jandarma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seçkin Taykut didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute Anders Boutrup shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gürbüz Kayrak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, FC Nordsjælland's Anders Boutrup ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gürbüz Kayrak. Gürbüz Kayrak yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. Gürbüz Kayrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frede Holts in the 90th minute of play. Kirstein Luvard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
