Goffrey Lissens started the match with the kick off. Jozef De Custer lost his temper 3 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 4 played minutes FC Bruges got a freekick which was hit by Jozef De Custer. 61 Büyük Türk FK's Aktuğ Şiraz got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Herman Bormans hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baskın Tekinalp in the 9th minute of play forced FC Bruges's goalkeeper Douglas Schoenmaekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Bülent Mücip came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the 61 Büyük Türk FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bülent Mücip couldn't finish the play. In the 15th minute, Demir Yılmaz made a precise shot to the right of Douglas Schoenmaekers. FC Bruges's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When 61 Büyük Türk FK's Demir Yılmaz in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Baskın Tekinalp struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Douglas Schoenmaekers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 61 Büyük Türk FK. FC Bruges's Douglas Schoenmaekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demir Yılmaz in the 27th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, FC Bruges's goal looked a bit too open when Baskın Tekinalp came free, but Douglas Schoenmaekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Bülent Mücip had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Douglas Schoenmaekers. FC Bruges's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bülent Mücip was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Bülent Mücip had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute, Demir Yılmaz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 61 Büyük Türk FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 42nd minute, Bülent Mücip ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Douglas Schoenmaekers was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Bülent Mücip struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Douglas Schoenmaekers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 61 Büyük Türk FK. After having played for 52 minutes, Baskın Tekinalp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 61 Büyük Türk FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baskın Tekinalp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Demir Yılmaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Douglas Schoenmaekers. FC Bruges's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Demir Yılmaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 58th minute Demir Yılmaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Schoenmaekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as 61 Büyük Türk FK's Baskın Tekinalp slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Douglas Schoenmaekers. That made the score 0-6 after 60 minutes of play. Mathieu-Maxim Wouqier hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, FC Bruges's goalkeeper Douglas Schoenmaekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Demir Yılmaz. Denis Smidts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Halil Can Taşgan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Baskın Tekinalp reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Douglas Schoenmaekers. The goal made the score 0-7. With a little luck, FC Bruges's Douglas Schoenmaekers got control of the ball when Demir Yılmaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Demir Yılmaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bruges's zone, Güray Celilay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Douglas Schoenmaekers came out of the goal and Güray Celilay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Demir Yılmaz in the 87th minute of play forced FC Bruges's goalkeeper Douglas Schoenmaekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The FC Bruges fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. 61 Büyük Türk FK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
