Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Angelo Adrio took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Bruges! When the match had been going on for 8 minutes, Tierra del Fuego FC's Efrain Gar got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Douglas Schoenmaekers. A collision led to FC Bruges getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Tony Henderickx hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, Denis Smidts had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelo Leheren. Tierra del Fuego FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Denis Smidts was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 18 minutes into the match, Tierra del Fuego FC's goal looked a bit too open when Goffrey Lissens came free, but Angelo Leheren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelo Adrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Schoenmaekers having to interfere. Tierra del Fuego FC's Benito Mino got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Angelo Leheren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Goffrey Lissens, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Adrio got free with Douglas Schoenmaekers in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benito Mino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benito Mino in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Douglas Schoenmaekers, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 34 minutes into the game, Goffrey Lissens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Angelo Leheren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Tierra del Fuego FC's Celso Otsoko in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Bruges's goalie prevented a goal. After 39 minutes, Matthy Smets mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Bruges and the Tierra del Fuego FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th match minute, FC Bruges was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthy Smets to maneuver through the defense. Angelo Leheren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Goffrey Lissens in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, one of FC Bruges:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Douglas Schoenmaekers, was totally fooled by Tierra del Fuego FC's Efrain Gar, who 48 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tony Henderickx to strike the kick off in the second half. FC Bruges's Douglas Schoenmaekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Adrio in the 54th minute of play. Angelo Adrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Schoenmaekers having to interfere. Douglas Schoenmaekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Otsoko, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 64th match minute, FC Bruges was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Van der Veeken to maneuver through the defense. After 68 played minutes FC Bruges got a freekick which was hit by Denis Smidts. After 74 played minutes FC Bruges got a freekick which was hit by Herman Bormans. Douglas Schoenmaekers came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Tierra del Fuego FC's Benito Mino. But to his dismay, Benito Mino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. When Tierra del Fuego FC's Angelo Adrio in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Bruges's goalie prevented a goal. In the 83rd match minute, FC Bruges was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ief De Baere to maneuver through the defense. Douglas Schoenmaekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Adrio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Angelo Adrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 92 minutes, Emiliano Adrio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tierra del Fuego FC and the FC Bruges players grew even worse after the yellow card. Emiliano Adrio kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Dario Lopez hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match.
