The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Walter Sala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fadhly Gustaman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Ornopata's Walter Sala got control of the ball when Hardy Moerdani tried to sneak it across the goal line. Walter Sala made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Hardy Moerdani sent off a good shot on target. Hardy Moerdani came free with the goalkeeper in the 21st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Walter Sala could save by the left post. Hardy Moerdani did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Walter Sala 22 minutes into the match. Hardy Moerdani in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Walter Sala, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With splendid footwork Hardy Moerdani arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-0 by the left pole in the game's 28th minute. After 33 minutes of play, Glintung FC's Hardy Moerdani made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Walter Sala was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donald Saiman during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 39th minute, one of Glintung FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Glintung FC. After 42 minutes Glintung FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Moreno Conti who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Ornopata's Moreno Conti to fire away a dangerous shot which Patar Puang despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 43rd minute, Fadhly Gustaman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Ornopata's goalkeeper Walter Sala had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hardy Moerdani. 47 minutes into the match, Glintung FC's goal looked a bit too open when Moreno Conti came free, but Patar Puang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Moreno Conti was the one to do the kick off. When Hardy Moerdani came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Glintung FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hardy Moerdani couldn't finish the play. In the 55th minute Fadhly Gustaman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Sala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hardy Moerdani in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walter Sala prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zaini Kotto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fadhly Gustaman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Sala having to interfere. Ornopata's Walter Sala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hardy Moerdani in the 67th minute of play. Walter Sala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fadhly Gustaman in the 70th minute of the match. After 73 played minutes Glintung FC got a freekick which was hit by Bobby Al-Haddad. Glintung FC made a substitution. Udin Damara replaced Fadhly Gustaman. In the 74th match minute, Glintung FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bobby Al-Haddad to maneuver through the defense. Moreno Conti hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. The supporters of Ornopata booed when Glintung FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Udin Damara didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Glintung FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Rudi Hutasoit hit a great ball. After having played for 95 minutes, Moreno Conti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ornopata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moreno Conti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ornopata players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Glintung FC.
