Spectators: 7487 (Terracing: 5616, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) Kaspar Lippus started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Sulev Härma ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cătălin Dăianu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sulev Härma in the 7th minute of play forced FC GURZUN's goalkeeper Cătălin Dăianu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kuuno Tali acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 10th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Mihail Ifrim. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augustin Gorjanu in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kuuno Tali saved Karupargi Kommionud from getting behind. In the 14th match minute, Karupargi Kommionud was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sulev Härma to maneuver through the defense. Cătălin Dăianu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaspar Lippus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristinel Trapcea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kuuno Tali having to interfere. The supporters of FC GURZUN booed when Karupargi Kommionud was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alo Lehto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Karupargi Kommionud's goalkeeper Kuuno Tali had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augustin Gorjanu. Teet Heido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Cătălin Dăianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karupargi Kommionud's Kuuno Tali proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Karupargi Kommionud from getting a goal against them. After 46 played minutes Karupargi Kommionud got a freekick which was hit by Kaspar Lippus. The FC GURZUN players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Karupargi Kommionud were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iustinian Drăghincescu made a kick off. Sulev Härma hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sulev Härma got free with Cătălin Dăianu in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kuuno Tali showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustin Gorjanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Kaspar Lippus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cătălin Dăianu having to interfere. Karupargi Kommionud's Edvard Kärson was substituted for Jörgen Kasemetsa. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mihail Ifrim during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC GURZUN's Mihail Ifrim got a free kick in the 75th minute. Sulev Härma took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cătălin Dăianu. Cătălin Dăianu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Karupargi Kommionud made a substitution. Ergo Kaljumäe replaced Sulev Rakke. In the 95th minute, Edvard Kärson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the match, Iustinian Drăghincescu notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Karupargi Kommionud's Kuuno Tali. Kuuno Tali was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Karupargi Kommionud succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though FC GURZUN had controlled the match.
