In the 16th minute, Martin Gronild hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Boldklubben Skjold's goal looked a bit too open when Vágner Alagoano came free, but Ronald Straale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Renatinho Lara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ronald Straale having to make a save. Keld Thye hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Boldklubben Skjold's Ronald Straale got control of the ball when Alberto Mota tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vágner Alagoano was the one to do the kick off. Poul Reinsberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Boldklubben Skjold's zone, Vágner Alagoano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronald Straale came out of the goal and Vágner Alagoano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th match minute, Dal 3ello was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renatinho Lara to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dal 3ello had played much better football throughout.
