In the 2nd minute, Stratos Alexatos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Martin Acuña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alkis Kalaboukas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Aznar in the 5th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cura del Futbol's Teo Emeterio got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 9th minute, Stratos Alexatos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eusebio Cai. The goal made the score 1-0. Alejo Itzaina kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the game, Stratos Alexatos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eusebio Cai. Stratos Alexatos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 16th minute, Nereo Aznar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alkis Kalaboukas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Markos Mountos kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Aznar in the 22nd minute of play forced GREEK ARMY's goalkeeper Alkis Kalaboukas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Nereo Aznar notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of GREEK ARMY's Alkis Kalaboukas. Alkis Kalaboukas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 29 played minutes GREEK ARMY got a freekick which was hit by Lazaros Korakis. GREEK ARMY's Alkis Kalaboukas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejo Itzaina in the 30th minute of play. Martin Acuña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Alkis Kalaboukas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stratos Alexatos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Cai having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nereo Aznar in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alkis Kalaboukas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Nereo Aznar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alkis Kalaboukas was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. GREEK ARMY's Alkis Kalaboukas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Dunixi in the 37th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nereo Aznar in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alkis Kalaboukas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nereo Aznar to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Dunixi in the 55th minute of play forced GREEK ARMY's goalkeeper Alkis Kalaboukas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 55 played minutes GREEK ARMY got a freekick which was hit by Stratos Alexatos. With a little luck, GREEK ARMY's Alkis Kalaboukas got control of the ball when Delmiro Dunixi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Martin Acuña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute, Nereo Aznar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Conrado Eron kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. If Lazaros Korakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, Cura del Futbol's goal looked a bit too open when Stratos Alexatos came free, but Eusebio Cai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Markos Mountos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 minutes, Nereo Aznar made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. GREEK ARMY's Alkis Kalaboukas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Cura del Futbol booed when GREEK ARMY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Markos Mountos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carolo Chus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alkis Kalaboukas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Eusebio Cai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stratos Alexatos in the 88th minute of the match. Nereo Aznar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Alkis Kalaboukas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gilberto Aztore hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Eusebio Cai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stratos Alexatos in the 93rd minute of the match. The GREEK ARMY supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cura del Futbol's performance. The match ended with a win for Cura del Futbol.
