Spectators: 7468 (Terracing: 5602, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) Tornadele Siret's Iustin Iorda started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Iustin Iorda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Taavi Varm was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. FC RockOil's Taavi Varm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolae Manafu in the 9th minute of play. In the 9th minute Nicolae Manafu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taavi Varm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 played minutes Tornadele Siret got a freekick which was hit by Eusebiu Davidescu. Iustin Iorda charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iustin Iorda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd minute, Iustin Iorda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tauno Landi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicolae Manafu in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Taavi Varm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Tornadele Siret's Iustin Iorda got a free kick in the 40th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eusebiu Davidescu during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Tornadele Siret getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Eusebiu Davidescu hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Călin Paulică in the 46th minute of play forced FC RockOil's goalkeeper Taavi Varm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Taavi Varm came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Tornadele Siret's Nicolae Manafu. But to his dismay, Nicolae Manafu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Agur Paber made a kick off. A collision led to FC RockOil getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Tanel Kurvits hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the match, Nicolae Manafu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Taavi Varm. FC RockOil's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicolae Manafu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 62 minutes into the game, Robert Siadbei was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tornadele Siret's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC RockOil the free kick. Tauno Landi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corneliu Vârșan having to interfere. Alin Mutu's late challenge caught a FC RockOil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alin Mutu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC RockOil booed when Tornadele Siret was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alin Mutu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hans Ojakäär recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd minute, Tornadele Siret's Eusebiu Davidescu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Nicolae Manafu came free with the goalkeeper in the 80th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Taavi Varm could save by the left post. A hard shot 82 in the game by Nicolae Manafu from a close distance when the talented Taavi Varm managed to make a qualified save. FC RockOil's players were relieved. FC RockOil's Taavi Varm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save FC RockOil from getting a goal against them. 84 minutes into the match, Nicolae Manafu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Taavi Varm, 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Alin Mutu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tornadele Siret's supporters rose to their feet, but Alin Mutu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Taavi Varm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Nicolae Manafu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Taavi Varm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolae Manafu in the 96th minute. When the final whistle sounded Tornadele Siret left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC RockOil.
