Egídio Lucas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cecilio Garci read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Cecilio Garci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egídio Lucas, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After a rather tough play, Leon Platense's Alejandro Ralondo got a free kick in the 78th minute. Caetano Monteiro was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Siro Damario capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Siro Damario really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6.
