Spectators: 7507 (Terracing: 5631, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Arturo Tono got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Guansa getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Basilio Olando hit a great ball. In the 8th match minute, Guansa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benito Giro to maneuver through the defense. Celso Inge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Baldovino having to interfere. Edgard Herauso's late challenge caught a Guansa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgard Herauso helped the player get up and apologised. Edgard Herauso hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Serafin Brun took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melquiades Patxi. Melquiades Patxi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Melquiades Patxi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Tono, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The supporters of EL PEPO FC booed when Guansa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafin Brun didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the game, EL PEPO FC's Rafael Clodio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Higinio Baldovino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. EL PEPO FC's Melquiades Patxi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save EL PEPO FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of EL PEPO FC booed when Guansa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafin Brun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Higinio Baldovino came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by EL PEPO FC's Rafael Clodio. But to his dismay, Rafael Clodio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Edgard Herauso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 36 minutes, Ezequiel Boniel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the EL PEPO FC and the Guansa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ezequiel Boniel kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The long shot by Teobaldo Gaufred in the 37th minute really tested Melquiades Patxi's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 38th match minute, EL PEPO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Ayala to maneuver through the defense. Melquiades Patxi was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Teobaldo Gaufred. Higinio Baldovino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Clodio in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rafael Clodio was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Guansa's Lino Bonadona got a free kick in the 56th minute. Rafael Clodio's shot from long distance in the 57th minute was not bad at all, but Guansa's Higinio Baldovino knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Alberto Gonza hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Rafael Clodio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Higinio Baldovino made a huge save. In the 68th minute, Edgard Herauso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacinto Ayala hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the match, Guansa's Teobaldo Gaufred broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 73 played minutes EL PEPO FC got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Ayala. In the 74th minute Benito Giro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Patxi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Serafin Brun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guansa's supporters rose to their feet, but Serafin Brun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melquiades Patxi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Higinio Baldovino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Satordi in the 81st minute of play. Edgard Herauso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Higinio Baldovino came out and tried to block the shot, but Edgard Herauso slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 85th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafael Clodio in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Higinio Baldovino saved Guansa from getting behind. After 93 played minutes EL PEPO FC got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Satordi.
