Spectators: 7659 (Terracing: 5746, Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Polo Bellogin started the match with the kick off. Dani Rapino made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Gabriel Silva sent off a good shot on target. Gabriel Silva succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 9th playminute. Dani Rapino came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Fundação Marques dos Reis's Sílvio Sardinha. But to his dismay, Sílvio Sardinha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Polo Bellogin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Avelino Caneira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Narciso Vincens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute of the match Laurentino Vilaverde shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dani Rapino showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gabriel Silva charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gabriel Silva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mendoza Vinuesa scored 2-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Avelino Caneira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 36 minutes into the match, Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s goalkeeper Dani Rapino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Afonso Albuquerque. 38 minutes into the match, Fundação Marques dos Reis's goal looked a bit too open when Mendoza Vinuesa came free, but Avelino Caneira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 43 played minutes Real Guayaquil.F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Garrido Eguia. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rúben Pinto was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s Garrido Eguia got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Guerrero Freije managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Guerrero Freije was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Avelino Caneira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Fundação Marques dos Reis booed when Real Guayaquil.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urrutia Iruretagoyena didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Rúben Pinto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dani Rapino. Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rúben Pinto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Sílvio Sardinha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Fundação Marques dos Reis getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Sílvio Sardinha hit a great ball. If Alessandro Rocafort had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute Sílvio Sardinha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dani Rapino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Alessandro Rocafort hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute, Urrutia Iruretagoyena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laurentino Vilaverde took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dani Rapino. Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dani Rapino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rúben Pinto went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Fundação Marques dos Reis were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Real Guayaquil.F.C. for a fine match.
