Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Oscar Blai took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Cardiff City FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Fabricio Egun hit a great ball. Filomeno Rencio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eduardo Velasques in the 6th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Cardiff City FC's goalkeeper Filomeno Rencio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eduardo Velasques. 13 minutes into the game, Eduardo Velasques cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Filomeno Rencio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 16 played minutes Cardiff City FC got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Blai. With a little luck, Cardiff City FC's Filomeno Rencio got control of the ball when Eduardo Velasques tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Tó Madeira's Juliano Moniz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Mark in the 22nd minute of play. Eduardo Velasques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Filomeno Rencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oscar Blai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Juliano Moniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Blai in the 38th minute of play. Juliano Moniz came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Cardiff City FC's Oscar Blai. But to his dismay, Oscar Blai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 41st match minute, FC Tó Madeira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Pessoa to maneuver through the defense. Juliano Moniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Efrain Mark in the 42nd minute of play. If Homero Baião had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th play minute Eduardo Velasques came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Filomeno Rencio. 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norberto Raposo couldn't finish the play. Efrain Mark charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Efrain Mark the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 79 played minutes Cardiff City FC got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Mark. 85 minutes into the game, Albano Quinito was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cardiff City FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Tó Madeira the free kick. 87 minutes into the game, Oscar Blai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 97th minute, Cardiff City FC's Fabricio Egun seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fabricio Egun the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Cardiff City FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fabricio Egun had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cardiff City FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 97th minute. Penalty! The Cardiff City FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented FC Tó Madeira from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
